Welcome to Five C Cottage Bakery! By placing an order through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability and are not confirmed until payment has been successfully received.

Because our products are made fresh and in small batches, availability may be limited and ordering may close early once we reach our baking capacity.

Five C Cottage Bakery reserves the right to cancel and refund an order if we are unable to fulfill it due to circumstances beyond our control.

Pickup

Five C Cottage Bakery does not offer shipping at this time.

Unless otherwise arranged directly with Five C Cottage Bakery, orders are available for pickup at 4:00 PM on Fridays in Gainesville, Texas.

Orders will be placed in the designated outdoor pickup cooler and will remain there until picked up. Customers are responsible for picking up their orders promptly.

Once an order has been placed in the pickup cooler at the scheduled pickup time, Five C Cottage Bakery is not responsible for loss of quality, spoilage, damage, theft, weather exposure, or other issues resulting from delayed pickup.

If you need alternative pickup arrangements, please contact us prior to your scheduled pickup.

Cancellations

Because our products are made specifically for each weekly bake, cancellations should be made as soon as possible.

Once ingredients have been prepared or production has begun for your order, we may be unable to offer a cancellation or refund.

Freshness & Quality Guarantee

At Five C Cottage Bakery, we stand behind the quality and freshness of everything we make.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with a brief description and, when applicable, a photo.

If a product does not meet our quality standards, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

We cannot guarantee the quality of products that are not picked up promptly or that have been improperly handled or stored after pickup.

Handmade Product Variations

All Five C Cottage Bakery products are made by hand in small batches. Because of this, appearance, size, shape, color, texture, and other characteristics may vary slightly from batch to batch.

Product photos on our website are intended to be representative. Your handmade product may not look exactly like the product pictured.

Allergens

Five C Cottage Bakery products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common food allergens, including but not limited to wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other potential allergens.

Although care is taken during preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from cross-contact with allergens.

Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are responsible for reviewing product information and contacting Five C Cottage Bakery with questions before placing an order.

Fresh-Milled Flour

Many of our products are made with freshly milled whole grains. Fresh-milled flour naturally behaves, tastes, and looks different from commercially processed white flour.

Variations in grain, season, milling, fermentation, and other factors may result in slight differences between batches. These natural variations are part of small-batch baking with whole grains and are not considered product defects.

Storage

For the best quality and freshness, customers should follow any storage instructions provided with their products.

Once an order has been picked up, the customer assumes responsibility for proper storage and handling.

Pricing & Product Availability

Prices, flavors, ingredients, product sizes, and availability may change at any time without notice.

We do our best to ensure that information on our website is accurate. If an error in pricing, product information, or availability occurs, Five C Cottage Bakery reserves the right to correct the error or cancel and refund an affected order.

Website Use

Content on this website, including photographs, written content, branding, logos, product descriptions, and other original materials belonging to Five C Cottage Bakery may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
